Back-office payment terminals

As leading company, we have chosen Micros as our partner, an enterprise with over 25 years of experience in this field. Micros moreover offers you the possibility to choose the cheapest provider for processing your transactions. Micros offers different types of payment terminals, both for filling stations with and without shops. The terminals support the majority of dispensers, price displays, fill level measurement systems, payment terminals and ATM's, which are commonly available on the European market.

HECTRONIC Optilevel

Hectronic OPTILEVEL, the modern fill level measurement system. With its state-of-the-art HLS 6010 fill level gauge without float level indicator, its well-reflected and intelligent system architecture, open interfaces and host for numerous useful periphery appliances, the Hectronic OPTILEVEL fill level measurement system is the best choice for your filling station.

Hectronic Optilevel HLS 6010

The HLS6010 fill level gauge is suitable for underground and overground industrial and petroleum tanks. By means of a supply, the measured data (fill level and temperature) can be transmitted to the computer or the automatic fuel dispenser.

Hectronic Optilevel HLS 6010 with wireless technology

This wireless solution of the HLS 6010 fill level gauge can be used wherever it is not possible, too expensive or too complicated to retrofit empty pipes for the connection of wired gauges. The Hectronic Optilevel continuously transmits the data to a computer or an automatic fuel dispenser. If the distances involved are large, a repeater must be added to the radio connection as an amplifier.

Hectronic Optilevel supply

Hectronic Optilevel supply is the interface between the computer/automatic fuel dispenser and the Optilevel gauge(s). It is available in two versions: 230V and 110V. The supply can control up to 8 gauges.

Vapor Recovery Stage II

In accordance with the legislation, filling stations must be equipped with a Vapour Recovery Stage II (recuperation of the gasses released during the fuelling of the vehicle). Our company can retrofit your existing fuel dispensers either in our workshop or in your filling station. The Ministry of Health and Welfare recommends companies to install a Vapour Recovery Stage II in diesel fuelling stations as well. We use an extremely robust vacuum pump as well as connectors, filler necks and hoses from notorious German manufacturers. Even in the absence of a storage hose between the dispenser and the reservoir, we still can offer you an appropriate solution.

The system consists of the following components:

  • Vacuum pump driven by the existing engine of the pump. If the engine is insufficiently powerful, it must be replaced (1).
  • ZAF type connector for gas and product separation (2).
  • Coaxial hose, available in different lengths.
  • Proportional vapour recovery filler neck, gas recovery depending on the product supply (4).
  • Connecting pipes, double engine pulley and multiple supports

ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation)

A liquid is subject to expansion or shrinkage as a result of temperature changes. Given that diesel and petrol are liquids, their volume also changes depending on the temperature.

The difference is averagely 1 litre per degree Celsius per 1000 litres. The average temperature in Belgium lies around 11°C; this means that you lose 4 litres on every 1000 litres of product. The legislation prescribes that every fuelling operation in filling stations must take place at a coefficient of 15°C. ATC therefore is an investment that quickly pays off. Moreover, as of January 1, 2015, the installation of ATC in all commercial filling stations will be compulsory.

All our new commercial installations are by default supplied with ATC.

We also offer you the opportunity to retrofit ATC on your existing fuel dispensers – today, this is possible for 95% of the existing fuel dispensers.

You can find out more about ATC on this website www.atc-europe.eu.

AD Blue

As you will probably know, the reduction of the CO2 emission is an important issue to safeguard the future of our planet. Ad Blue has been especially designed to minimise the CO2 emission. As the ecological aspect is of paramount importance to us, Pump Service was one of the first companies to offer Ad Blue installations. We have developed different Ad Blue applications to meet the demands of both small independent gas stations and large commercial truck fuelling stations.

Piping, earthworks, electrical installations

Piping

Pump Service NV has over 30 years of experience in fuel dispenser piping. We always install the piping with the necessary integrated periphery equipment, such as ball valves, manometer, non-return valves, flow meters, shock absorbers etc. The piping can range from a single fuel dispenser up to complex projects such as the connection of complete filling stations and silos. We also take care of the final inspection.

Earthworks

Many projects include earthworks as well, ranging from simple foundation works up to the sanitation and decontamination of polluted soil. To this effect, we have set up a collaboration with a number of expert contractors, which enables an efficient and simple follow-up of each project.

Electrical installation

Today, electrical components are integral part of installations and plants. That is why Pump Service NV pays a lot of attention to this continuously evolving theme. Our research team spends a lot of time to research and development, in close collaboration with all of our suppliers. This is the only way to keep close track of the latest technological developments.
